I do hope its just a design flaw... PLEASE FIX

How do I get it to tell me about where I AM..... Im not about to bash NOAH because I do believe its the best weather radar out there(born and raised trusting it) but the lack of intuitive design to set the app to stay aware of MY LOCATION(... just a lil important to it being a relevant app to the consumer.... ) had made it impossible for me to properly assess my local weather during a tropical depression so I could more safely plan my drive to class. PLEASE FIX
